Bryson and the team at Jett heat and air were extremely transparent when it came to dealing with a home warranty issue concerning my air conditioner. They let me know the process With the home warranty, and since our air-conditioning was out in July, we decided to forgo the warranty company and work directly with Jett to get a new AC installed Once we determine what model we were getting, they were out the next day to have it installed I bought the unit with a lifetime warranty, and so far and extremely happy with it.
